We encourage those who are interested to become a part of the life and work of our church.

Our Work in the Community

Mission and Service Fund (M&S)

M&S supports the work of the United Church across the country and around the world.

Our Place

Our church members donate to their food bank, help with their financial needs and/or volunteer at Our Place, a centre for Victoria’s homeless.

George Pringle Memorial Camp

Camp Pringle provides excellent outdoor and indoor facilities, youth camps, school groups, congregational and women’s retreats. Check out Camp Pringle

Gorge View Society

This Society is committed to providing basic, comfortable housing for seniors living on low, fixed income.

Our Work Beyond the Community

Reverend Cantelon is a member of Aboriginal Neighbors and we are launching a team with keen interest in aboriginal issues.

International Outreach

Many church members are active in the For the Love of Africa Society. The society has helped build a new school and medical centre in Dodoma, Tanzania.

Mission and Service Fund - The work of The United Church of Canada is to assist others in this country and around the world. Congregation members and supporters put their faith into action combining their gifts of time, talent and funds so that the work of the church can be done effectively. www.united-church.ca/funding/msfund

Aboriginal Neighbours - This is an organization of the Anglican Diocese of British Columbia. The organization formed out of its members’ concerns for First Peoples and the future of aboriginal children. Mission includes building bridges of respect, outreach and social justice in an intentionally compassionate way.
